PROHIBITED ITEMS
Effective January 3, 2006
Visitors to the Cass County Courthouse will not be allowed to bring the following items into the Courthouse for Security Reasons.
- Weapons of any kind
- Carry-On Bags, Tote Bags or Grocery Bags
- Backpacks and Fanny Packs
- Baby Strollers of any kind
- Diaper Bags
