Cass County Government has about 400 employees working
in 19 county departments. County employees are committed
to the highest standards of conduct in the performance of
their public duties. Individuals and collective adherence
to high ethical standards by public personnel is central
to the maintenance of public trust and confidence in government.
The personnel department works in partnership with administrators, managers and employees to meet human resource needs in a timely, effective and professional manner.
Cass County and its employees have an at-will employment relationship meaning the county or the employee may terminate the relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause.
